Our same-day cut-off is 9 PM. Any order placed before 9 PM is arranged in our Dubai atelier and delivered the same evening, seven days a week including Fridays and public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off move to the first slot the following morning. Because every arrangement is built to order rather than pulled from a shelf, we hold a limited number of same-day slots each day — the number remaining is shown on each product page, and once they are gone the next available date is offered automatically at checkout. If you need flowers within a couple of hours, choose an express slot and message us on WhatsApp so we can confirm the driver before you pay. For occasions you already know about, ordering a day or two ahead always gives you the widest choice of stems and colours in our rose collection.

We deliver free of charge to every community in Dubai. That includes Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, DIFC, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, Al Barsha, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, Damac Hills, JVC, JLT, Mirdif, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Quoz, Silicon Oasis, Sports City, Motor City, Dubai South and the Expo area. We deliver to homes, apartment towers, villas, offices, hotels, hospitals and schools. For towers with a concierge we hand the arrangement to reception and photograph the handover; for hospitals we check visiting hours before dispatch and will hold delivery rather than leave flowers unattended. Larger pieces such as our rose boxes and event installations travel in a temperature-controlled vehicle so they arrive exactly as they left the studio.

Yes. We deliver across the United Arab Emirates — Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain — on a next-day basis. Orders confirmed before 9 PM are dispatched the following morning and arrive during the day. Same-day service outside Dubai can sometimes be arranged for Sharjah and Abu Dhabi city; message us before ordering and we will confirm whether a driver is available. Delivery outside Dubai carries a small charge that is calculated at checkout once you enter the address. Delicate structures such as glass domes and tall vase arrangements travel well but need a signature on arrival, so please give us a recipient phone number that will be answered.

Yes. Alongside standard same-day delivery you can choose a two-hour window, an express slot, or a midnight delivery between 11 PM and 1 AM — the classic choice for a birthday or an anniversary you want to be the first to mark. Timed and midnight slots are limited each night and are released on a first-come basis, so book early on high-demand dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the last week of December. If the delivery is a surprise, tell us at checkout and we will call you rather than the recipient if there is a problem at the door. We can also deliver to a workplace reception, which is often the safest option when nobody is home during the day.

Every arrangement we build is photographed and filmed before it leaves the atelier, and we send that video to you on WhatsApp for approval. You see exactly what your recipient will see: the stems, the colour, the wrap, the box and the card. If something is not what you pictured — a shade too pale, a ribbon you would rather change — tell us and we rebuild it before the driver leaves, at no extra cost. It costs you nothing and it is the single reason most of our customers order again. Buying flowers online usually means trusting a catalogue photograph; video approval removes that gamble entirely, which matters most when you are sending a gift you will never see in person.

A rose dome is a preserved or fresh arrangement sealed under glass. It is the most theatrical of the three, it needs no vase and no water, and it holds its shape for the length of the occasion, so it suits proposals, milestone anniversaries and gifts that are meant to stay on display. A hatbox — a dense mass of roses cut short and set into a lined box — is the everyday luxury piece: it arrives arranged, requires nothing from the recipient, and travels better than any other format, which makes it the safest choice for an office or a hotel. A hand-tied bouquet is the classic. It is the most generous-looking for the price, it lets the stems show their full length, and it is the right choice for someone who enjoys arranging flowers themselves. There is no wrong number, but there is a convention. A single rose is a quiet gesture; twelve is the traditional romantic gift; twenty-five to fifty reads as a serious celebration; one hundred and upwards is the arrangement people photograph. Our rose count scale runs from twelve to one thousand stems, and the price per stem falls as the count rises — the largest arrangements are by some distance the best value per rose. As a rule of thumb: choose the stem count for the size of the room as much as the size of the occasion. Fifty roses that dominate a small apartment can be more impressive than a hundred lost in a villa entrance. Red roses are unambiguous: romantic love, and the only choice most people accept for a proposal or a wedding anniversary. Pink is affection and gratitude without the declaration — the right colour for a mother, a friend or a colleague. White is purity, sympathy and new beginnings, which is why it suits weddings, newborn gifts and condolences equally. Yellow is friendship and cheerfulness, and works well for congratulations and recovery. Peach and champagne are the modern choice for thank you gifts: warm, expensive-looking and never over-familiar. Lavender suggests enchantment and love at first sight. Mixed blends read as celebratory rather than romantic, which makes them the safer option when you do not want to overstate the message. Across Dubai, a modest hand-tied bouquet starts around AED 150 to 250, a substantial arrangement or hatbox sits between AED 350 and 800, and large rose domes and hundred-stem pieces run from AED 900 upwards into the thousands for the biggest counts. Our own range follows that shape, and delivery within Dubai is free at every price. The two things that move the price most are stem count and rose origin: Ecuadorian roses, with their long stems and large heads, cost more than shorter-stemmed varieties and photograph far better. Heat and dry air are the enemy, not the flowers themselves. Keep the arrangement out of direct sunlight and away from the path of an air-conditioning vent, which dehydrates petals faster than the sun does. Change the water every two days, and re-cut one centimetre off the stems at an angle each time you do — a clean cut lets the stem draw water again. Strip any leaves that sit below the waterline so the water does not turn. Use the sachet of flower food we include, and never place flowers next to a fruit bowl: ripening fruit releases ethylene, which ages blooms overnight. Roses that arrive slightly closed will open over two to three days, which is intentional — we send them at that stage so you get the full life of the arrangement. Hatboxes and lined rose boxes hold a soaked foam base and need a small top-up of water every second day rather than a full change. Preserved domes need nothing at all; simply keep them dry and out of the sun.

Yes to both. Every order includes a complimentary card, handwritten in the studio, and you can write whatever you like at checkout — we transcribe it exactly. If you would rather stay anonymous, leave the sender name blank and we will not identify you to the recipient, including at the door. Our driver will only say the arrangement is from Melora Greens. If the recipient asks us directly, we do not confirm. You can also ask for a message in Arabic; write it in the notes and we will letter it by hand. For gifts with a longer message, or for a proposal where the wording matters, message us on WhatsApp and we will photograph the card before it is sealed so you can check it.

Yes, and for anything that matters we recommend it. You can select any delivery date up to a year ahead at checkout, pay once, and we hold the order and build it fresh on the morning of the date you chose. Advance orders are the only reliable way to secure a specific time slot on the busiest days of the year — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, the New Year period and UAE National Day. Advance booking also widens your choice of colours and varieties, because we can order the exact stems from the growers rather than working from what is already in the studio. If your plans change, tell us at least twenty-four hours before the delivery date and we will move it without charge.

Yes. We supply weekly office and hotel arrangements on standing contracts, bulk gifting for client and staff occasions, branded packaging for corporate gifts, and full floral design for weddings, launches and private events. Corporate and event work is quoted rather than bought from the site: send us your date, venue, colour direction and budget and we will come back with a proposal and photographs of comparable work. Our roses come mainly from Ecuador and the Netherlands, the two origins that set the standard for the trade. Ecuadorian roses grow at altitude on the equator, which gives them unusually long, straight stems and large heads — these are the roses behind our biggest domes and hundred-stem pieces. Dutch roses bring the breadth of colour and the consistency the Netherlands is known for. Stems are flown in, conditioned in our cold room on arrival, and cut into arrangements only once your order is placed, which is why every piece is built to order rather than pre-made. In practice that means the flowers leaving our studio are usually two to four days from the farm.
